Try these checks Load the example, then validate: a preview appears. Change the confirmation email: focus returns to the first conflicting field. Uncheck consent: the checkbox gets a specific error. Restore valid values, then simulate failure: all entries remain. Validate again for a local retry. What this demonstrates Exact trimmed email matching, actionable errors, first-error focus, preserved entries and a deterministic simulated-failure state. Validation is intentionally simple; deliverability and production security are outside this sample.
